These Terms govern your use of the public marketing website at tracestrategies.com (the "Site") operated by TRACE Strategies, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("TRACE," "we," "us"). They do not replace a signed statement of work or engagement agreement for consulting services.
The Site is provided for general information about TRACE. Examples, testimonials, and descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect your situation. Nothing on the Site is a promise of results, a bid for work, or professional advice (legal, financial, tax, or otherwise) unless separately agreed in writing.
Sending an email, requesting the workbook, or completing a discovery qualifier does not by itself create a consulting client relationship. A separate engagement process applies before TRACE performs billable work.
You agree not to misuse the Site or forms (for example by attacking, scraping, or submitting fraudulent information).
The Site relies on third-party services (such as hosting, forms, scheduling, fonts, security checks, and optional analytics). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. See our Privacy Policy for an overview.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRACE disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TRACE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Site is limited to the greater of (a) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or (b) what you paid TRACE solely for access to downloadable materials expressly sold through the Site in the twelve months before the claim (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes arising solely from use of the Site, you agree that North Carolina is an appropriate venue; TRACE may also seek relief where you are located when permitted by law.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
